Creating molds with plaster and casting using a 'mold-free casting method'! We provide castings with the same level of surface finish and thin walls as die casting in a short period (short delivery time)!

At Janome Die Casting, we established a gypsum casting prototype center in April 2012. We quickly identify and address issues in mass production! We can cast complex shapes and those with fine surface irregularities, reproducing regular protrusions and depressions with a spacing of 0.2mm down to 12μm.
